• Movement-based treatment of people with chronic illnesses: individual, evidence-based and aimed at sustainably strengthening health and independence
• Medically led treatment in a multiprofessional team of therapists, nutritionists, psychotherapists, specialised nursing staff and personal health coaches
• Cardiopulmonary, musculoskeletal and internal medicine diagnostics along the individual treatment pathway, including spiroergometry and other function-oriented examinations
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from various specialties as well as with acute care and specialised outpatient clinics, for seamless and well-coordinated patient support
• Active shaping of a modern work culture and fostering a working environment characterised by predictable structures, mutual respect and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration – a prerequisite for high-quality and results-oriented patient care

What you bring with you

• Specialist in General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent recognition)
• Experience in primary care, rehabilitation or cardiopulmonary performance diagnostics is an advantage
• Confident handling of somatic and psychological complexity
• Clear and appreciative communication with patients and within the interprofessional team
• Strong empathy and high social competence
