To complement our team at the Winterthur location, we are looking for you starting August 2026 as

Trainee Real Estate Management EFZ (m/f/d)

What you will do:

• You will assist in renting apartments and create rental agreements and invoices for our tenants
• Processing customer inquiries and making phone calls with rental applicants, tenants, and craftsmen are also part of your tasks
• You will help organize and conduct apartment viewings and handovers
• You will work in the accounting department
• You enjoy handling general administrative tasks
