Your area of responsibility

Analysis of relevant key figures, monitoring of the laundry budget and implementation of measures for continuous process optimisation and digitalisation

Ensuring quality standards as well as controlling and optimising washing, drying and textile processes taking into account technical and economic requirements

Ensuring an efficient textile cycle, monitoring the use of workwear and ensuring timely customer supply

Evaluation of customer textiles regarding their suitability for operational processing procedures and handling of quality deviations

Coordination of cross-departmental collaboration and responsibility for projects to further develop textile processes

Processing and evaluation of customer and supplier feedback on our textiles

Your profile

Completed university degree in industrial organisation or a comparable field, knowledge of lean management is an advantage

Analytical, process-oriented and proactive personality with a strong solution focus and excellent relationship management

Professional experience in an industrial environment, especially in supply chain management, operational excellence or industrial performance improvement, as well as a good understanding of textile processes, material properties and their use in everyday operations is an advantage

Experience in cross-departmental collaboration at all levels of a laundry as well as the ability to win over different stakeholders for common goals – preferably first experience in project management

Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel

Very good German skills (at least C1) are required, good French skills are an advantage – alternatively, we welcome your willingness and motivation to improve these
