Junior Chef - Sole Chef f/m We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a versatile and responsible Junior Chef - Sole Chef with a hands-on mentality You bring:
- Completed chef apprenticeship
- Love for the profession and enthusiasm for fresh cuisine
- Good German skills at least B2
- Commitment and flexibility
- Organized and structured work
- Team player with good communication skills
- Very clean working method and HACCP knowledge
- Joy in variety and learning new skills
- Preparation, plating & serving of dishes according to menu plan & recipes
- All mise-en-place tasks
- Compliance with daily and ongoing cleaning & hygiene regulations in all work areas
- Proper receipt and storage of food
- Ordering & inventory
- Assistance in all areas of the hotel depending on need and guest volume
- A permanent position 80 - 100%
