Early Childhood Educator ES/HES at 50% annualized (reference 25.21 ESS)
The workplace is located at the UAPE in Essertines-sur-Yverdon, a structure situated in a nature-friendly environment, with a capacity of up to 60 places, welcoming children from 1P to 6P. Your mission:
- Ensure quality support for the children welcomed, guaranteeing their well-being and safety in accordance with the institutional project and within the framework of current regulations.
- Identify the issues related to quality based on your theoretical knowledge. Propose action plans and implement them in the child's interest.
- Foster a quality relationship and exchanges with children, families, colleagues, and external services.
Comfortable in communication, curious, creative, you wish to join a dedicated team that follows a pedagogy placing the child at the center of educational actions. You are recognized for your ability to work in a team, your listening skills, your patience, and your flexibility. You are of Swiss nationality or hold a valid residence permit as well as a clean criminal record. We offer:
