What to expect

• You support the establishment and further development of the Production Engineering department
• You analyse and optimise maintenance processes as well as workflows
• You prepare technical documentation and contribute to the establishment of standards in the areas of education and occupational safety and health (OSH)
• You participate in lean, quality and technical projects and contribute your own ideas

What you bring

• Studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience is an advantage but not a requirement
• Analytical thinking, initiative and a strong willingness to learn
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Open personality with enjoyment in collaborating with various departments

For 2% of your annual salary, you receive five additional days off credited, for 4% ten additional days off credited. The same applies in reverse: you can forego days off and receive more salary instead.

Public holidays fall on a weekend? At SOB, these days are credited to you.
