About the job
for our wildlife and care station
Duration: from May until the end of August 2026
In our care station for wild animals, the elaborate medical care of orphaned, sick, and injured animals takes place until they can be released back into their natural habitat on their own feet or wings.
Your tasks
- Assisting in the care and supervision of animals in the wildlife and care station
- Feeding the young animals (mainly birds)
- Cleaning the animal enclosures
- Recording the condition of the animals in care
What you bring
- You have a strong interest in European wild animals and birds
- Your demeanor is lively, open, neat, and friendly
- You have a good sense of cleanliness, hygiene, and order
- You enjoy working in a team and are communicative
- And of course, you enjoy working with animals and can assess their condition well based on their behavior
