What you will achieve with us

• You support, optimise and further develop existing series products.
• You plan and implement product changes.
• You analyse technical issues and complaints and implement sustainable solutions.
• You lead change and optimisation projects in collaboration with internal departments, customers and suppliers.

What distinguishes you

• Technical basic training, ideally as a certified designer EFZ, complemented by further education HF
• Experience in design, product maintenance, product development or change management
• Confident handling of CAD, PDM, PLM and ERP systems
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Good German and English skills
