Your role

Do you want to contribute your logistics expertise operationally, have a keen eye for detail, and at the same time keep an overview of the entire process?

Then we would like to get to know you.

In this versatile role, you are an important interface between sales, purchasing, logistics, finance, suppliers and customers. You ensure that orders are processed reliably, efficiently and correctly – from ordering to delivery and invoicing.

Your main tasks

• Independent handling of customer orders – from order confirmation to invoicing
• Comprehensive administration and coordination of international logistics
• Organisation and monitoring of imports and exports
• Coordination with freight forwarders, logistics service providers, suppliers and customers
• Ensuring the correct handling of customs and VAT-related processes in Switzerland and Germany
• Control and maintenance of delivery dates, orders, shipping documents and customs paperwork
• Close cooperation with finance, sales and warehouse teams
• Maintenance and further development of our processes in the ERP and CRM systems
• Monitoring existing procedures as well as identifying and implementing optimisation potentials
• Participation in the development of efficient and scalable supply chain processes
• Active communication and coordination with internal and external contacts
• Support with other operational and administrative projects

Your profile

You are a doer personality who likes to take responsibility and drive things forward independently.

Ideally, you bring:

• Experience in operational, preferably international logistics
• Experience in order processing and sales administration
• Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
• Confident use of Microsoft Office
• Ideally experience with customs, import/export and VAT topics
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• High personal responsibility and independent working style
• Very good time management and the ability to keep an overview even with several parallel tasks
• High accuracy and quality awareness
• Enjoyment of innovative and technically demanding products
• Good written and oral communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to the further development of our company
• Enjoyment of a dynamic, international and growing environment
