This is what your daily routine looks like
- The heart of the role: You independently handle complex claims cases from the areas of our hospital supplementary insurance (VVG) and conduct medical assessments.
- The cost approvals are your responsibility. You clarify, grant, or confidently decline them.
- You scrutinise invoices according to VVG with a keen eye, always based on medical documents, tariffs, contracts, and cost-effectiveness.
- You are available for written and oral enquiries from service providers and insured persons.
- Thanks to your service standards and quality demands, we can ensure sustainable customer satisfaction.
What you bring with you
- First and foremost: You have completed training as a nurse HF and have several years of professional experience in an acute hospital.
- Do you also have experience in claims assessment for a health insurance company? That would definitely be a plus!
- You express yourself very well in German (spoken and written) and are confident in negotiations with our customers. Perhaps you even master French, Italian, or English?
- You find it easy to work precisely and independently.
- You go the extra mile: Sometimes there is a lot to do, and you can handle that.
