About the job

Coach Work Integration 60 - 80%

The Directorate of Economic Affairs of the Canton of Zurich (www.vd.zh.ch) oversees the Office for Labor, the Office for Economy, the Office for Mobility, as well as administratively the Zurich Transport Network (ZVV). The Office for Labor (AFA), with around 800 employees at 20 locations, contributes to strengthening the Zurich location in the interest of employees and employers.

The Department of Labor Market Measures (AMM), with the offers of individual coaching and a program for temporary employment for highly qualified individuals, is part of the AFA and supports highly qualified job seekers and professionals aged 40 plus.

By agreement, we are looking for a committed individual for the position of Coach Work Integration 60 - 80%.

Your tasks:
- Coaching of assigned job seekers (executives, highly qualified individuals, and professionals 40 plus)
- Conducting five interviews per working day according to our coaching concept and the specified reintegration strategy of the AFA of the Canton of Zurich
- Strengthening the application skills of the coachees and monitoring the agreed goals
- Electronic documentation of coaching processes and results
- If necessary, exchange with RAV personnel consultants during the coaching process in coordination with the coachee
- Participation in team and department meetings of the AMM department
- Promoting good cooperation with the RAV
- Active contribution to the professional development of the offer
- Continuous learning in the offered development formats
- Implementation of administrative processes to ensure good collaboration

Your profile:
- Higher professional qualification (FH, HF) and further training in coaching at least at DAS level or operational mentoring EFZ
- Proven several years of professional experience as an independent or employed coach of individuals
- Knowledge and understanding of labor market developments
- Engaging, communicative, and result-oriented personality with seniority in appearance, leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation, flawless German, very good English skills
