Your mission with us

• Team Lead: You lead, motivate and coach your 10-member workshop team on an equal footing
• Hub: You plan and coordinate the daily work orders efficiently.
• Process Optimiser: You maintain our quality and safety standards and make good processes even better.
• Sparring Partner: You support your team with technical questions and stand by them with advice and assistance.

What you bring

• Foundation: A completed apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ and solid experience in window construction.
• Tech Mindset: Ideally, you are familiar with AVOR and ERP systems or are keen to get to grips with them.
• Leadership: Initial leadership experience and the ability to inspire a team.
• Doer Mentality: You think solution-oriented, organise in a structured way and like to take responsibility.
