Your Tasks

• Taking over the technical application responsibility as well as deputizing in the area of business-critical core applications of the city of Winterthur
• Comprehensive responsibility in the area of maintenance and support of our standard applications (release, change, and incident management)
• Coordination between departments, IT partners, and responsibility for smooth operation
• Business analysis, creating concepts, documentation, and testing
• Participation in various projects and collaboration with key users

Your Profile

• Higher education in computer science (HF/FH or similar education)
• At least two years of experience in supporting standard software
• Technical support experience with the ERP software from Abacus is an advantage
• Conceptual thinking with the willingness to further familiarize yourself technically and professionally with other applications as well as a pronounced customer-oriented and independent working style
• Very good German skills (spoken/written), technical English
