Your Responsibilities
For our business unit 'Weighing & Instrument Components' (MTWIC), which leads the industrialisation and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals, MFR force sensors, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are seeking a motivated and independent person as Supply Chain Planner 100% (all genders) at the Nänikon-Greifensee site with immediate effect.
In this role, you will undertake the following tasks:
- You are a specialist and point of contact in the areas of production planning, material management, and tactical procurement.
- You analyse and control supply chain processes based on KPIs and drive their continuous improvement.
- You optimise internal production interfaces and support the identification and management of bottlenecks.
- You prepare supply chain exceptions for daily shopfloor meetings and contribute to the further development of production planning tools.
- You are responsible for shortage management as well as internal and external complaint handling.
- You communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers, suppliers, and relevant interfaces within the supply chain.
We require the following for this position:
- You have completed an electronic or commercial basic training in a manufacturing company; further training as a process specialist or in an electronic field.
- You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a global production environment.
- You have experience with complex manufacturing and procurement processes as well as with automated planning and procurement systems.
- You possess very good SAP knowledge and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- You are characterised by precise and independent working methods, strong planning and organisational skills, and a high affinity for cross-departmental processes and their interfaces.
- Fluent German and very good English skills complete your profile.
