The Zurich Integration Association is a dynamic social organisation that offers people with disabilities 300 diverse training and employment opportunities as well as housing options at 12 different locations in the canton of Zurich.

We are looking for a committed individual for the newly created position of Communications Officer 40% starting 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.

The role includes:

You will shape the integrated communication of the Zurich Integration Association and ensure an authentic, effective presence both internally and externally. You will clearly position our offers, products, and services and convey their benefits to clients and partners. You will be responsible for the annual report, our new website, and other internal and external communication measures. Additionally, you will be involved in fundraising and events. You will be the contact person for the management and executives and actively develop the positioning of the Zurich Integration Association.

Job profile

You have broad qualifications and diverse professional experience in communication, marketing, or PR. You think strategically, work hands-on operationally, and reliably bring topics to completion. You are a convincing, enthusiastic personality with initiative and a good sense for people, organisations, and different interests. You are accustomed to taking responsibility, communicate confidently in German, and possess presentation skills.
