About the job

Medikon is an outpatient centre for mental health in Zurich Oerlikon. Founded in summer 2025, we now employ over 30 psychiatrists, psychotherapists and specialists, a total of over 40 staff, and support more than 100 patients daily. We are now expanding to other Swiss cities. Our promise is the best of both worlds. The structure of a large centre with the freedom of a practice. This applies to our patients as well as to the people who work with us.

Marketing, events and internal communication have not existed at Medikon until now. We have a roadmap for this, what is missing is the person to implement it. We are looking for you if you are in your final year of study and graduate in summer 2027. Until then, you will work 60 to 70 percent with us, afterwards 80 to 100 percent in a permanent position.

Tasks

You report to our Head of Recruitment and work closely with the management. Through you, psychiatrists and psychotherapists in Switzerland learn what Medikon stands for. And our team stays informed and connected across all locations through you.

Our doctors and therapists are the faces of the brand. You give them form and stage and ensure that every contribution remains factual and meets the standards of a medical institution. We want to show how we work. Close and yet high-quality.

Employer Branding and Social Media

• You build our employer brand and manage LinkedIn and Instagram
• You produce posts on a fixed weekly schedule, together with our specialists
• You accompany every new location opening with its own campaign, the first is scheduled for early 2027

Events

• You organise our specialist events for psychiatrists and psychotherapists, from invitation to registration to the reception and follow-up. Industry luminaries take the stage, Medikon is the host
• You organise the opening events of our new locations

Internal Communication and Team Culture

• You build an internal newsletter
• You plan team events, the Christmas party, attentions for birthdays, joining and anniversaries. In short, you ensure the team feels seen

Design and Production

• You design advertisements, invitations, presentations and social media graphics and keep our corporate identity consistent
• You produce photo and video material at our locations

Qualifications

• You are studying communication, marketing or a related subject at a university of applied sciences or university and graduate in summer 2027
• Your studies allow a workload of 60 to 70 percent, for example part-time at HWZ, FHNW or Kalaidos or in a part-time model in the final year
• You can attend an evening about once a month when our specialist events take place
• Very good German in spoken and written form. You hit the tone of a medical environment: clear, direct, without exaggeration. English is an advantage, our team is international
• You are active on Instagram or LinkedIn yourself and know what works and what just looks like advertising
• Canva and Adobe skills. You have an eye for image, font and video
• You enjoy organising and keep an overview, even when three things are happening at once
• We work with people in difficult life phases. You handle carefully what you see and hear here
• You have something you can show us. A portfolio, your own channel, a project from your studies, the communication of your club. It doesn’t have to be big, but genuine

• CHF 3,000 per month at 60 percent, CHF 3,500 at 70 percent
• Permanent position with 80 to 100 percent after graduation, contractually fixed, with a salary above the average of marketing entry-level employees
