The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations, and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
Your position consists of two assignments. During the day, you will apply your expertise in the dementia care department. This currently provides a home for 20 residents and will soon accommodate 28, following the Three Worlds Model by Christoph Held. At night, you will take on the responsibility as Chief Night Watch for our care departments at the Baden location.
We are looking for a qualified, reliable, and committed personality as of now or by arrangement as
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH & Chief Night Watch (m/f/d)
RA / Day and Night Center, 100% workload
In this role, you will support us as Chief Night Watch (50%)
- You will carry out nursing and medical-technical tasks professionally according to your job profile and ensure structure, calm, and safety at night.
- You will advise, accompany, and support the night shifts in the care departments during the night shift (21:45 – 07:15).
- You will carefully maintain the nursing documentation and ensure a smooth handover to the morning shift.
In this role, you will also support us as a qualified nursing specialist in the dementia department (50%)
- You will ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care.
- You will take on daytime responsibility.
- You will carefully maintain the nursing documentation.
To convince us:
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- You have experience in long-term care and working with residents affected by dementia – or you are willing to acquire this knowledge purposefully.
- You are familiar with RAI-NH.
