The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
In this role, you will support us as Head Night Watch:
- In this responsible position, you bear the main responsibility during the entire night shift (21:45 – 07:15) and support the night watch staff (assistant personnel) in the care departments at the Baden site
- You perform nursing and medical-technical tasks professionally according to your job profile and ensure structure, calm, and safety during the night
- You carefully maintain the nursing documentation and ensure a smooth handover to the early shift

You convince us with:
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You have experience in long-term care and dealing with residents affected by dementia – or are willing to acquire this knowledge specifically
- You are familiar with RAI-NH
- You work independently, are decisive and proactive
- You are an empathetic, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented mindset and approach
- You are mentally and physically resilient as well as reliable and responsible
