What you will do
- Support project managers, AVOR, material management and reporting
- Lead a flat roof group including role model function
- Carry out all flat roof work (bituminous, plastic waterproofing, terrace coverings and liquid plastic)
- Quality control and assurance, compliance with specifications and SIA standards
What you bring
- Professional certificate in the field of flat roofing, possibly group or site manager training or several years of experience in flat roofing with group leader function
- An independent, resilient personality with strong communication skills
- Quality-conscious, flexible, team-oriented and enjoys motivating and leading people
- Driving licence category B
- Good spoken German skills
