We are looking for a committed host 60%-80% for our Bloomell Coffeehouse in Derendingen.

Our coffeehouse on the Emmenhof site in Derendingen is a modern meeting place, right by the water, in the green and at the same time part of a dynamic, newly developed area. A place where enjoyment, meeting and everyday life naturally come together.

YOUR TASKS

• Attend to guests from welcome to farewell
• Service in the day business (opening hours: daily 09:00 – 17:00)
• Take over daily responsibility and coordinate the service during the shift
• Preparation of coffee and espresso drinks
• Practical work throughout the entire operation

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed basic training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or comparable training
• Preferably between 25 and 40 years old
• Digitally savvy – many of our processes are digitalised
• High social competence and enjoyment in working with guests
• Resilience, independence, teamwork and reliability
• Flexibility and good German skills
• Experience in the coffee sector and/or bar operation is an advantage
• Interest in culture and enjoyment in working with the cultural association
• Willingness to work regularly on weekends
