Your responsibilities:

• Administrative management of files
• Welcoming visitors on site
• Handling telephone calls
• Quick and structured processing of correspondence

Your profile:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• Excellent command of French and very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Experience as an assistant in a law firm or notary office is a major asset
  
• A Paralegal certificate (obtained or in progress) is also a significant advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools and strong interest in entrepreneurship
• Developed interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and commercial flair
• Initiative, flexible, autonomous, organized, and able to manage priorities
• Comfortable in a dynamic and demanding environment
