- Receive fault reports and resolve them quickly
- Ensure internal team coordination and effective communication
- Record and forward suggestions for system optimisation
Requirements
- Completed basic training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) and several years of professional experience
- Passion for service work and independent working
- Strong social skills and customer-oriented behaviour
- Reliable and responsible personality with a neat appearance
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form and a valid driving licence category B
