Job Description

• You are a sparring partner for clients and accompany demanding construction projects from the initial idea to successful realisation
• You independently manage projects in structural design, always keeping quality, deadlines, and cost-effectiveness in view
• You coordinate interdisciplinary teams and contribute to developing holistic and architecturally convincing solutions
• You develop sustainable and innovative structural concepts that combine technical excellence with economic efficiency
• You actively contribute to the further development of the department, promote knowledge exchange within the team, and strengthen an open, collegial collaboration

Profile

• Completed university degree as a civil engineer
• Communicate in professional daily life both orally and in writing in German
• Structured, goal- and solution-oriented working style
