Managing the TopShop and the associated team
Creating staff deployment plans
Serving and advising our customers in various shifts
Operating the cash register and preparing cash register reconciliations
Ordering and managing goods
Baking bread and snacks
Ensuring order and cleanliness in the areas of shop, gas station & car wash

Experience in staff management
You have completed training in retail or have several years of experience in sales (preferably food)
You have a sales flair, daily contact with customers brings you joy
Willingness to work flexible hours (weekend shifts as well as early and late shifts)
Very good knowledge of German
