Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/FH with Specialist Responsibility 50-100% (m/f/d)
The nature of your role:
- Ensuring professional care of our patients with various medical conditions
- Own area of responsibility to ensure the quality of care and support in consultation with the ward management and collaboration with nursing experts Close interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists and other professional groups
- Shaping the daily ward routine and active participation in improvement processes
- Working in a collegial team with a culture of appreciation
- Participation in the nursing forum, implementation and further development of guidelines and nursing standards
The basis of your performance:
- Training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse FH/HF with BScN or Dipl. Registered Nurse HF studying for BScN
- Professional experience on a surgical ward as well as experience in an acute hospital in Switzerland is an advantage but not mandatory
- Openness to innovations to strengthen and further develop the quality of care
- Ability to transfer scientific findings into practice and ensure their sustainable implementation
- Commitment and initiative in contact with our patients and employees from other areas
- Leadership skills
