Construction Manager (80-100%)

You have training as a construction manager, architect, civil engineer, structural draughtsperson, or a basic craft training with appropriate further education and bring several years of professional experience in the realisation of projects of various sizes in Switzerland. With enthusiasm and commitment, you independently or as part of a team accompany and manage demanding construction projects – from cost estimation through tendering and construction management to successful handover.

Your tasks in construction management

• On-site construction management
• Creation of rough and detailed schedules with MS Project
• Cost estimation
• Construction accounting and cost control

Your software skills

• Messerli construction administration
• MS Project
• MS Office programmes (Word, Excel)
