In the role of Construction Manager, you are responsible for organising and supervising our construction projects until final handover. You ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. In doing so, you work closely with clients, architects, engineers, other specialist planners, and construction companies to successfully implement innovative and efficient solutions.

What we expect from you:

• Independent and highly organised personality, ideally with training as an architect or architectural draughtsperson EFZ and experience as a construction manager in building construction.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a "hands-on" mentality
• Enjoyment of client contact and the role of a valued point of contact
• Knowledge of the construction administration software "Messerli"
• Confident German language skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, MS Project); additional IT skills are an advantage
