Integration is lived daily in our daycare centre "Peter Pan". Children with and without disabilities aged from 3 months to 6 years experience diverse encounters, consideration, respect and tolerance. The individual resources of the children are the focus when designing the varied activities indoors and outdoors.

We are looking for a

Childcare Specialist
(80% workload)

Tasks

• Care, support and promotion of the children
• Key person work
  
• Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team as well as with external specialist agencies
• Administrative tasks and group household duties
  

Profile

• Training in pedagogy/care, preferably FABE Child or comparable qualifications
• Further training as a practical instructor or vocational trainer is an advantage
• Sense of responsibility, social competence and empathy
• High commitment and resilience
• Enjoyment of teamwork
