Your Area of Influence

• You actively shape the transformation into a sustainably data-driven company.
• You take responsibility for the conception and implementation of data-based solutions together with a committed team.
• You develop analytical data models on our curated data layer (Gold Layer), thereby creating a reliable basis for data-driven decisions.
• You translate professional requirements together with departments, product owners, and engineering teams into well-thought-out data and reporting solutions.
• You develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and analyses with Power BI, making complex relationships understandable and usable.
• You ensure the professional quality and plausibility of data models, reports, and analyses.
• You actively contribute to the further development of our data platform and our self-service options for the departments.
• You bring your analytical perspective to the further development of our data and analytics landscape and identify potential for new data-driven solutions.
• You work closely with the data engineering team, departments, and product owners and help to create concrete added value from data.

Your Experience

• Several years of experience in developing analytical solutions and handling data.
• Good knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
• Experience with reporting and visualisation solutions, Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience in the data warehouse environment and in building or using data models.
• Ability to understand, analyse, and translate professional requirements into implementable data and analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical and interconnected thinking skills as well as enthusiasm for data analytics, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence.
• Experience in the professional validation and quality assurance of data and data models.
