Your tasks:
- Working in the departments of accounting, warehouse, marketing, sales, as well as HR/reception
- Processing of creditor and debtor invoices
- Assisting with dunning runs and various postings as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ordering and managing office and consumable materials
- Assisting in the spare parts warehouse and order processing
- Working in personnel administration (entries and exits, personnel correspondence)
- Communicating with employees, customers, and suppliers
What you bring:
- Completed compulsory schooling with good grades in German, mathematics, and French
- Team player, sociable, and customer-oriented
- Quick comprehension, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Flair for numbers and IT systems
