About the job

With around 220 employees, we run the innovative retirement home "Im Brüel" with 126 residential and care places for people in their 3rd and 4th stages of life.

Our restaurant Harfe is open not only to residents but also to guests from the surrounding area. In addition to the daily changing offers in the restaurant Harfe (52 seats), banquets and events are regularly celebrated with us.

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality as

Deputy Head of Service 80-100% (m/f)

Your main task

• Support and deputise for the Head of Service in operational and personnel management
• Ensuring smooth service operations and a high level of service quality
• Warm care and service of our residents and guests
• Participation in duty planning, organisation of events and optimisation of workflows
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and active further development of the service area

Your profile

• Completed training in gastronomy or service with relevant professional experience
• Initial leadership experience advantageous, motivated junior managers welcome
• Strong hospitality qualities and enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented personality with organisational talent
• Good German skills, basic IT knowledge and willingness to work weekends and public holidays
