On behalf of our client, a company in the construction sector located in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a:

Construction Site Foreman

Your responsibilities

• Mastery of masonry, formwork, reinforcement and concreting works
• Reading plans and implementation according to instructions
• Organisation and monitoring of daily work
• Management of materials, orders and optimisation of resources
• Quality control of works and compliance with tolerances
• Strict application of HSE safety rules and risk prevention
• Writing reports, work orders and simple administrative follow-up.
• Preparation and installation of construction sites
• Compliance with safety and quality standards
• Team management on new build and renovation sites

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma as a Mason or equivalent training
• Proven experience as a Construction Site Foreman in Switzerland
• Excellent technical skills in structural work
• Ability to manage unforeseen events and maintain good team dynamics
• Driving licence required
• Fluency in spoken and written French
