Operations Manager for Maintenance Cleaning (m/f/d)Work location: Le Lignon
Work rate: 80-100%, Home Office possible

Your tasks
- Overall management of the Geneva branch: development, operational management, responsibility for results (sales, profits, budget and costs).
- Client relations and development: close client follow-up, complaint management, prospecting and contract expansion.
- Team management and development: leadership, coaching of managers, training and support of employees.
- Optimisation and control of operations: process improvement, quality control, monitoring of performance and resources (equipment, costs).
- Market watch and strategy: analysis of competition and trends, implementation of adaptation measures.
- Regional support and governance: role as deputy director, reporting, participation in projects, supervision and compliance with operational standards.
Your profile
- Commercial or technical training completed by a specialisation in Facility Services or a similar field
- Proven experience in operational management with responsibility for results (budget, costs, performance)
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop, coach and support teams
- Strong client orientation with skills in relationship management and business development
- Excellent command of operations: organisation, process optimisation and quality control
- Very good communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in French (German an advantage)
