Construction Manager: Structural Engineering 80-100%
Job description:
In this role, you will manage the tendering and awarding process and oversee the realisation of the work on site from the start of construction to commissioning. Together with the project manager, you will optimise the construction process, create the schedule, monitor costs and ensure compliance with contractual conditions. As an important part of an interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with internal and external planners and specialist construction managers throughout the entire project process.
What we expect from you:
Training in structural engineering with further education as a construction manager/technician and/or as a federally certified construction manager
Several years of experience in construction management in Switzerland
A solution- and goal-oriented personality who enjoys taking responsibility within a team
Good communication skills and assertiveness
Very good knowledge of IT tools
An independent, careful and committed working style
Good German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage
