About the job

• You shape the interprofessional collaboration in the anaesthesia consultation and ensure a smooth process together with the team
• You take on the administrative and organisational care of patients – from preparation to follow-up of the consultation
• You accompany, inform and care for patients throughout the entire consultation process with empathy and professional competence
• You carry out diagnostic measures such as blood sampling or ECGs professionally and thus contribute to optimal patient care
• You ensure correct service recording and initiate necessary corrections if required

• A completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) with at least one year of professional experience as well as sound knowledge in administrative tasks
• High organisational and social competence combined with the ability to work interdisciplinarily and service-oriented with various professional groups
• An independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Very good PC user skills, ideally with experience in clinic-specific programmes, as well as routine in providing information and in electronic documentation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (C1) as well as good French skills
