General Manager
You lead the Hofacker Foundation in accordance with its social mission and ensure an economically sound operation. Together with the management team, you ensure high-quality care and support. You promote constructive, cross-departmental collaboration and create suitable framework conditions for the further development of employees. As the direct contact person of the Board of Trustees, you help shape the strategic development and represent the foundation towards relatives, authorities, and other stakeholders. You convince through leadership competence and understanding for
people with disabilities
and have a special education, pedagogical, or social psychiatric qualification as well as several years of professional experience in the relevant environment. You also bring proven leadership experience, business management knowledge, and organisational skills. You lead appreciatively and reliably, communicate clearly, and know how to reconcile different interests. Willingness to change, decisiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility characterise you. A varied leadership role with great scope for design and high social significance awaits you.
