We are looking for an engaged Energy Billing Specialist for receipts and payments who is hands-on.

Your tasks

• Preparation and processing of energy, water and electricity invoices
• Management of debt collection and monitoring of receipts
• Management of creditor accounting for each building
• Management of processes related to debtors and creditors
• Management and establishment of payment arrangements
• Issuing reminders
• Assistance with RCP solutions (own consumption pooling) and electric mobility
• General administrative tasks
• Team support

• Commercial training with experience in energy billing, numerically oriented and accounting
• Structured working method
• Good IT skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent team spirit
• Good command of German is an advantage
