For our Eye Center, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
Specialist Payroll & Social Security (40-80%)
Your area of responsibility:
- Independent execution of the monthly payroll for all employees
- Responsible for the entire social security system
- Preparation and verification of payrolls, statements, and execution of all year-end tasks
- Maintenance, control, and ongoing updating of personnel master data
- Contact person for payroll-related questions from employees and managers
- Creation of various statistics and reports
- Responsible for optimizing payroll processes
- Collaboration and representation in comprehensive personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Participation in all projects
Your profile:
- You have a commercial basic education and a mandatory further education in payroll.
- You have several years of professional experience in payroll and social security.
- You have proficient knowledge of MS Office and experience with Abacus.
- You bring a hands-on mentality, initiative, and responsibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- French and English skills are an advantage
