August Portmann AG, based in Zug, is a young dynamic company in the field of architecture & real estate. To expand our team, we are looking for a Property Manager with a focus on condominium ownership starting 1 November or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the professional management of a diverse portfolio (condominium ownership as the main focus as well as residential and commercial properties)
- Independent handling of all administrative tasks with the support of a clerk
- Expert support and advice for owners and tenants
- Leading condominium owners' meetings
- Ensuring ongoing building maintenance and organising external craftsmen
- Representational duties within the team
Requirements Profile
- Federal diploma as a property manager
- Several years of practical experience in managing condominium ownership is essential
- Experience in managing residential and commercial properties is an advantage
- Confident German and good English skills
- High flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Driving licence category B
- RIMO R5 knowledge is an advantage
