Commit your dedication to the city of Lucerne and promote the sustainable integration of individuals into the primary labour market together with the Social Services.

• You lead the ReFIT team in terms of personnel, expertise, and organisation, and specifically develop the approximately 15 employees.
• You are responsible for organising and coordinating assignments and requests between the ReFIT department and the Social Services.
• You plan and supervise work deployments and ensure efficient and high-quality workflows.
• You contribute to the development and advancement of concepts as well as specialist topics and take on the management of smaller projects.
• You work closely with internal and external partners and ensure professional collaboration.
• You support budget planning and monitor costs and resources within your area of responsibility.
• You take on on-call duties for the city of Lucerne.

• You have completed a recognised vocational training (EFZ) as well as a function-specific further education (e.g. pedagogical training, master craftsman’s examination, federal specialist certificate or diploma).
• You bring leadership experience and have completed further training in management.
• You approach people in different life situations with high social competence, empathy, and enjoyment of collaboration.
• You communicate clearly, appropriately for the audience, and present yourself confidently and professionally.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You hold a driving licence for categories B and BE.
