Active in building technologies and technical installations, this organisation wishes to strengthen its teams with employees capable of contributing to its projects, both in studies and design and in coordination and management of execution.

Our search is aimed at both specialists in a single discipline and versatile HVAC profiles.

Are you exclusively specialised in heating? Your profile interests us. Is your expertise only in ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning or refrigeration? It interests us just as much.

It is absolutely not necessary to master all HVAC disciplines to apply.

Each application will be considered individually, based on your specialisation, experience, professional aspirations and available positions.

Your areas of expertise: one speciality is enough

Depending on your background, you may work in one or more of the following areas:

• Heating: thermal installations, heat production and distribution, heat pumps (HP), boilers, hydraulic networks, sizing and energy optimisation.
• Ventilation: mechanical ventilation, air handling units (AHU), air networks, extraction, blowing, air renewal and energy recovery.
• Sanitary: sanitary installations, water supply and distribution, domestic hot water (DHW), drainage, technical networks and sanitary equipment.
• Air conditioning and refrigeration: refrigeration installations, cold production and distribution, chillers, cooling systems, air conditioning and control.
• Multidisciplinary HVAC: design, studies and coordination of several building technical installations.

Whether you are a heating specialist, ventilation designer, sanitary draftsman, refrigeration technician or versatile HVAC professional, we want to learn about your background.

Your tasks: technical drawing, design and HVAC studies

For profiles focused on drawing, design and technical office, responsibilities may include:

• Producing principle plans, general plans, detailed plans, execution plans and technical diagrams of heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning or refrigeration installations.
• Designing and developing technical installations using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit or Plancal Nova, depending on the company’s tools.
• Participating in technical studies, site surveys, sizing calculations and equipment selection according to your speciality.
• Preparing technical files necessary for studies, tenders, execution of works and commissioning of installations.
• Participating in digital modelling of installations and BIM coordination when projects use these methods.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, project managers, suppliers, site managers and assembly teams.
• Ensuring technical follow-up of studies and ensuring plan consistency, quality of proposed solutions and compliance with project requirements.

If you primarily want to draw, design and develop technical solutions without necessarily managing complete projects, your application is fully of interest to us.

Your responsibilities in HVAC project management

For profiles with experience in project management, technical leadership or work coordination, tasks may also include:

• Managing heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning projects from initial studies to realisation and acceptance of installations.
• Organising studies, planning interventions and coordinating various internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparing or supervising technical offers, tenders, measurements, supplier consultations and orders.
• Ensuring technical, organisational and financial follow-up of projects, ensuring budgets, deadlines and quality requirements are met.
• Participating in coordination meetings, site meetings and exchanges with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers and customers.
• Supporting field teams and contributing to resolving technical issues encountered during execution.
• Supervising, where the role requires, draftsmen, designers, technicians or teams working on projects.

The level of responsibility will be adapted to your experience. A draftsman-designer wishing to move towards project management will be just as interesting as an experienced project manager seeking to continue professional development.

Your profile: technical expertise and interpersonal skills

• You hold a building services designer CFC (heating, ventilation or sanitary), a technician ES diploma, an HES engineer training or a technical qualification deemed equivalent.
• You have professional experience in studies, technical drawing, sizing, execution or project management in heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning or refrigeration.
• You know the design and execution methods of technical installations corresponding to your speciality.
• You use one or more professional software: AutoCAD, Revit, Plancal Nova or equivalent solutions. Expected skills will be adapted to the role.
• You understand the interactions between the technical office, suppliers, installation companies and teams working on sites.
• You are comfortable in a French-speaking environment and appreciate collaboration with various technical contacts.

Additional training, a federal certificate, a federal diploma or skills in BIM, thermal calculations, energy optimisation or project management are additional assets.

Are you specialised in a single discipline? This is by no means a barrier to your application.

Likewise, previous professional experience in Switzerland is an asset but not a systematic requirement. We pay particular attention to acquired skills, understanding of the profession and adaptability.
