About the job
Your main tasks
- You are responsible for Kambly's social media channels (organic & paid) from content planning and creation to community management
- You plan and design the regularly published Kambly newsletters for Switzerland and Germany and further develop them
- Based on the overall strategy and in close collaboration with internal interfaces, you develop the communication planning for the Kambly experience and implement it independently
- You operationalise the communication plan and brand appearance regarding the defined online (website, social media, newsletter, etc.) and offline channels (advertising materials, event appearances, etc.) and ensure precise and efficient collaboration with internal and external partners (e.g. graphic agency, photographers, etc.)
- Based on defined measurement criteria, you review the success of communication activities and develop measures for future actions in the spirit of continuous improvement
- You support the correct application of brand strategy guidelines as well as the visual and graphic appearance of the company in line with the corporate identity and corporate design
You bring with you
- Initial professional experience in marketing communication on the company or agency side Enthusiasm for conceptualising and creating contributions for social media
- Enjoyment in designing text and images
- Initial experience with video and image software applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, CapCut or similar tools
- Independence, proactive thinking and a strong service mindset
- Linguistic finesse in German; knowledge of French is an advantage, additional languages a plus
- Basic training in the commercial field or as a media technician with further education in communication, alternatively a degree in media and/or communication sciences
