Job Description

The outpatient centres (from general practitioner practices to medical centres) are the first link in integrated care. The digitalisation of these centres is key to optimising the Swiss healthcare system. 

As Product Owner, you are the link between end users and suppliers regarding contract and product developments and represent the outpatient centres as the central contact person towards the software suppliers. You work hand in hand with our outsourcing partners and internal teams to provide our customers with ever better service.

Qualifications

Your responsibilities:

• Experience with information systems in the outpatient sector with a strong desire to better understand and improve business processes.

• Experience in the Swiss healthcare sector or a strong willingness to learn.

• Curiosity and willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration with specialists from administrative and medical fields.

• You address and understand the professional side of the customer’s information system (IS), gather/define and prioritise corresponding requirements, and manage the relevant backlog in close cooperation with users and suppliers. Always in relation to IT strategy and best practice.

• Experience in implementing and optimising business processes related to information systems. Ability to constructively analyse and question existing processes 

• Ability to consider medical practices comprehensively in terms of workplaces, network, telephony, applications, process optimisation, with potential construction work.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and remain calm and solution-oriented during stressful times. 

• Independence, team spirit, innovation, motivation, and a positive attitude. 

• Native German speaker, excellent French and good English skills. Knowledge of Italian is a plus. 

• Project management knowledge is a plus. 

• Knowledge of ITIL, IT development processes, and DevOps is advantageous.
