Surface Coater for Experimental Electroplating (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Independent execution of production orders in the thin film laboratory on sputtering system, lift-off station, and manual electroplating
- Preparation and dosing of wet chemical baths according to analysis values
- Evaluation of process results using resistance meter, tape test, microscope, and thickness measurement
- Maintenance of equipment according to defined maintenance plan
- Support of process technicians during test series and their evaluation
- Flexible deployment in other production areas depending on equipment utilization
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., chemical laboratory technician, electroplater, surface coater, microtechnologist, or comparable)
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in production, ideally in PCB or semiconductor manufacturing
- Knowledge of vacuum technology, sputtering, or plasma processes is an advantage
- Initiative, ability to learn, and confident demeanor in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, night shifts)
- Very good German skills, good communication skills, and team spirit
