- Accepting and processing reservations by phone, email, and walk-ins
- Checking guests in and out
- Monitoring & maintaining booking and cash register systems
- Providing information about the region and mountain world
- Creating invoices and billing
- Assisting in the restaurant and at the buffet
- Enjoyment of working in gastronomy/hospitality
- Independent working
- Flexibility - also working on weekends and overnight
- Neat appearance and friendly demeanor
- Enjoyment of guest contact
- Resilience - you keep a cool head even in hectic situations
- Language skills - German, Italian, and English desired, any additional language an advantage
- Enjoyment and knowledge of the mountain world or mountain sports an advantage
- Knowledge of Protel and TCPOS an advantage
- An exciting workplace in a unique environment
