Negishi Sushi x Bento, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was launched in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations and bento boxes, the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. Located centrally at Zürich main station, the venue specialises in the "Sushi To Go" concept and offers freshly rolled sushi creations as well as fine soups. For those who wish to stay briefly, a few seats are also available.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Sushi Chef (m/f) 80%

Your versatile tasks:

• You independently prepare delicious dishes for lunch and dinner service – especially our tasty sushi creations! 🍣

• You make the sushi dishes on the menu with passion and great attention to detail ❤️

• Freshness and quality are paramount to you – you ensure everything is in top condition! 🥬

• General cleaning duties? No problem, you maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen 🧽

• Hygiene is a given for you – you adhere to the HACCP hygiene concept and ensure everything is perfect 📋✨

Your talents & experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in sushi preparation – sushi training would be great! 🎓

• You speak good German or English and can communicate easily with the team and guests 🗣️

• Your working style is clean, efficient and precise – you place great value on details ✅

• You are motivated to develop further 🚀

• Your good sense for the quality of ingredients ensures everything stays fresh and delicious 🥬
