• You reliably get our filling machines up and running and ensure that production starts smoothly from the outset.
• During operation, you keep an eye on performance, quality, and process values and respond specifically if something is amiss.
• You independently carry out format changes, adjustments, and minor technical modifications.
• You detect malfunctions early, resolve them directly where possible, and work closely with the technical team on more complex issues.
• Quality and hygiene are more than just requirements for you: you actively contribute to maintaining our high standards.
• With your expertise, observations, and ideas, you help make processes smarter and more efficient.

• You have training in the food sector or solid experience as a machine operator, plant operator, or in a similar production environment.
• You are enthusiastic about technology and enjoy truly understanding machines and processes.
• You are willing to take responsibility and work in a structured manner even when production demands are fast-paced.
• You are a team player, communicate openly, and can rely on others as much as they rely on you.
• Quality, hygiene, and safety are a given for you, and you work precisely and attentively accordingly.
• Working in a 3-shift system suits you, and you can communicate confidently in everyday situations with good German skills.
