Biomedical Analysis Technician at the Experimental Therapies Centre
The Experimental Therapies Centre (ETC) is seeking a biomedical analysis technician, at a workload of 80% to 100%, on a one-year fixed-term contract (from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027), to join the Process Development Unit of the cellular immunotherapy product manufacturing platform.

Mission
In this role, you will actively contribute to:
- Ensuring the development and execution of manufacturing processes and analytical methods
- Participating in testing new equipment, consumables, etc.
- Taking part in technology transfer activities
- Participating in laboratory management (monitoring maintenance, cleaning, orders, etc.) in collaboration with team members
- Contributing to the writing of quality system documents in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and the ETC quality system.
Profile
- You hold a Swiss higher technical diploma (ES) as a Biomedical Analysis Technician, a Bachelor’s degree in biology (preferably immunology), or an equivalent qualification
- You have established knowledge of key immunological assays (flow cytometry, ELISA, etc.) and at least two years’ experience in flow cytometry
- You have established knowledge in immunology and in culturing primary human cells (preferably in bioreactor/closed system) and at least two years’ experience in immunology
- Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant work environment is a real asset
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
- You work autonomously while fostering a team spirit
- You are proficient with common IT tools and able to adapt to new software.
