Our Construction Project Management unit realises demanding construction, conversion and renovation projects for a wide range of discerning clients. For the East region, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded leader who is professionally, personally and economically responsible for the Construction Project Management area, maintains sustainable customer relationships and ensures the successful implementation of a diverse project portfolio.

What to expect

• Overall responsibility for the Construction Project Management area in the East region (Zurich, St. Gallen and Chur)
• Leading, coaching and further developing the directly reporting team leaders as well as indirect leadership of the construction project managers
• Successful implementation of the project portfolio in terms of costs, quality, deadlines and contractual requirements as well as achieving financial targets including budget and result responsibility
• Responsibility for optimal resource, capacity and deployment planning within the region
• Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Further development of processes, standards and working methods to increase efficiency and quality
• Close collaboration with internal specialist departments, customers and other stakeholders to successfully implement projects

What you bring

• Completed studies (FH/HF) in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, site management or a comparable field
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in construction project management as well as successful implementation of demanding construction projects
• Experience in leading leaders and further developing performance-oriented teams
• Business management know-how as well as experience in financial control of a responsibility area with budget and result responsibility
• Entrepreneurial, strategic and networked thinking with a strong understanding of customer needs
• Convincing communication, negotiation and representation skills towards different stakeholders and hierarchical levels
• High social and intercultural competence as well as a motivating and appreciative leadership style
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
