Your activities
The main mission of this position is to effectively assist the Deputy of the Doctoral School in monitoring various communication, educational, or management files/projects, notably:
Life Science Career Day Operational management of several aspects of the interuniversity event (about 500 visitors) including communication, organization, and finances
The Doctoral School alumni network
Organization of the annual evening, network animation, article writing, interviews with graduates
Management of electronic information / Web
Updating websites in English and French, writing news
Handling various administrative support tasks
Correspondence, teaching support, archiving
Your profile
YOU...
- want to dive into educational, management/governance, and communication projects aimed at improving doctoral training and facilitating their transition to employment
- enjoy challenges as well as associative and multicultural environments
- are versatile, creative, flexible, and solution-oriented
- have very good organizational skills and work precisely
- enjoy contact with people and know how to work in a team
- are comfortable with administrative procedures and budgetary aspects
- have good writing skills as well as experience and interest in event management and/or project management
- appreciate aesthetics and visual communication
- have recently obtained a Master’s degree or are finishing your Master’s studies (in social sciences, humanities, communication, marketing, art, public administration, pedagogy, or related fields)
- are fluent in French and have a very good level of English (C1)
- have good knowledge of social networks
- are very proficient with office software as well as image processing software (e.g., Adobe suite)
- and above all, you want to learn
Prior knowledge of the Jahia or WordPress website management system will be considered an asset.
Depending on needs, you are willing to work overtime between March and May 2026 (with time compensation)
